We’re excited to announce the launch of Xcelerate’s 2024 Annual Impact Report. Each year, we report on the service numbers, geographies, programs, demographics, partners, outcomes, and learnings that together, tell the story of Xcelerate’s impact on women-owned businesses across the state.

‍In 2024, Xcelerate provided our highest impact direct services to 222 women and gender expansive-owned businesses with $25.4M in gross revenues and collectively employing 575 Oregonians. We also delivered educational workshops, panels, and events to 599 community members across the State of Oregon, for a total of 1,411 service interactions.

Across our communication platforms, we highlighted the myriad ways women are changing the face of success in business - on their own terms - to be more inclusive, authentic, and sustainable. 

Together, we: 

• Grew our ranks of Spanish speaking staff and coaches across all categories, increasing accessibility to our programs for Latina/e entrepreneurs.

• Implemented a CRM to more effectively measure and report outcomes, manage data, and dig into actionable insights to inform future programming.

• Celebrated women in food/beverage across the city in partnership with Roux Portland.

• Welcomed 100 new, first-time donors to Xcelerate and exceeded our year-end fundraising goal, with thanks to Willamette Week’s Give!Guide. 

• Provided  821 women in 15 Oregon counties with innovative programs and resources.

The theme is of course “we” and the amazing outcomes we can achieve together when women are centered, amplified, and empowered to create thriving economies that work for them, not against them. 

At Xcelerate, we envision a world in which women have full and equitable access to business ownership as a path to economic freedom. We are the ONLY organization in Oregon focused exclusively on helping women and gender expansive entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses.
